  1. Thanks for the interesting things you have revealed in your post. One thing I would like to touch upon is that FSBO human relationships are built over time. By releasing yourself to owners the first saturday their FSBO is actually announced, ahead of the masses start out calling on Wednesday, you create a good association. By mailing them instruments, educational elements, free records, and forms, you become a good ally. By subtracting a personal curiosity about them in addition to their problem, you build a solid connection that, in many cases, pays off in the event the owners opt with an agent they know plus trust — preferably you.
