  1. Some Youth may think cannabis is harmless, but the opposite is true. The brain continues to develop until the age of 25. Because of this, people who use cannabis at a young age are at a higher risk for more long-term effects. On January 16, 2018, the province signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with three licensed producers to secure an adequate supply of safe, high-quality cannabis products, namely: Aside from ordering medical cannabis from a licensed producer, you may also receive a license from Health Canada to grow your own cannabis for personal medical use, or designate someone else to grow it on your behalf. This means that one in five Canadian marijuana consumers (20%) have not acquired any cannabis at a licensed retailer since October 2018. While Canada’s youngest adults are currently more in tune with the legalization of all drugs, baby boomers are more likely to be holding on to their old ways when it comes to cannabis, with 32% saying none of their marijuana came from a store. The first recorded use of marijuana as a medicinal drug occurred in 2737 BC by the Chinese emperor Shen Nung. He documented the drug’s effectiveness in treating the pains of rheumatism and gout. Both hemp and psychoactive marijuana were widely used in ancient China. The ancient Chinese used virtually every part of the Cannabis plant: the root for medicine; the stem for textiles, rope and paper making; the leaves and flowers for intoxication and medicine; and the seeds for food and oil. Cannabis seeds were also one of the grains of early China and ancient tombs of China had sacrificial vessels filled with hemp for the afterlife.

I’ve been using Movable-type on numerous websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
